I am an avid review reader before I purchase so I'm going to provide as much information as possible to help others make the best choice on size. For reference, I'm 5'6, 160 lbs and a 36D. I ordered 2 large Comfort Shaping Bras with adjustable straps and am glad I got the adjustable straps. I returned one of the larges for a medium and here's my take: I love them both! The large is extremely comfortable but I felt it was a bit too loose even on the tightest hook. The medium was a bit too tight on the loosest hook, so I added the nifty extender, and it feels great! So, it depends on what you are looking for in the fit, but I wear them both. They're extremely comfortable!!

Firstly, it’s a very nice, well made, affordable bra constructed from quality materials. It is a rather substantial garment, however, perhaps too substantial for my smaller frame. It is also impossible to wear with lower cut V or surplice necklines as the bra rides higher on the chest than any other bra I have. I have never felt a greater desire to shed a bra at the end of the day but I will give it a few wearings before I consider a return as I do appreciate the quality. I also appreciate the bra extender included with the bra.

The adjustable straps made the bra fit better than non-adjustable straps which were too long for me. Unfortunately, I still had sagging and uniboob within an hour.
